The Nanos Cross Platform Exchange project solves traders' problems based on the experience of the European target audience during trading sessions on other exchange platforms. To meet the needs of both beginners and professionals, I have conducted surveys, interviews, and Customer Experience research.

To improve the efficiency and speed of interaction with various aspects of trading, I also introduced simplified navigation, multi-functionality of the platform, and new customer-focused tools.
